Hester Cnossen
Hester Cnossen is a musician who feels comfortable in different styles of music, and therefore she is grateful for the many possibilities which her instrument, the saxophone, offers her.
She started her study ‘classical’ saxophone at the Sweelinck Conservatory of Music of Amsterdam with Ed Bogaard, and she continued her studies with Arno Bornkamp, until her graduation in 2001. Next to the soprano-, alto-, tenor-, baritone- and C-melody-saxophone, Hester also plays the tárógató, a Hungarian woodwind instrument.
