Dave ten Kate
Altus Dave ten Kate (1980, The Hague, Netherlands) started his singing career in the “Haags Matrozen Koor” (Netherlands) at a very young age. He received his first vocal lessons from Gregor Bak and Sipke de Jong.
After completing secondary school, he studied for one year with Rita Dams and Wout Oosterkamp, at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague (Netherlands). Subsequently, he took – for a few years - vocal classes with Marjan Kuiper. Sponsored by the VandenEnde Foundation, Dave took classes with Martha Sharp, Johannes Effertz-Wolf, Monika Lentz and Adriaan de Wit at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, in 2004.
